  • Property Brief
    We take a detailed property brief to establish your requirements. We advise on current market conditions and how to maximize what is achievable within your budget and chosen area.
  • Comprehensive property search & inspection
    We source potential properties using our broad network of industry contacts, including real estate agents, developers, commercial data bases and the property media. Suitable properties are then personally inspected by us before being presented to you.
  • Preliminary report
    Properties are then put forward to you for your consideration in a Preliminary Report which includes interior and exterior photographs and a summary of property details.
  • Arrange your inspection of properties
    We arrange convenient viewing appointments for you to inspect properties you are interested in. Additional digital photos and a video tour are provided for our overseas and interstate buyers who are unable to attend.
  • Comprehensive Property Report
    When the right property is found we prepare a Comprehensive Property Analysis Report, gathering information from the selling agent; government and commercial data bases; council records and any other sources we consider necessary to provide an independent assessment of the property and its current market value - includes digital interior and exterior photographs, mapping, graphs etc.
  • Co-ordinate Pre-Purchase Reports
    We arrange for all necessary pre-purchase reports and inspections, such as pest & building, strata searches and a solicitor's perusal of the contract of sale to be carried out on your behalf. Please note that all external consultancy fees are at your own expense and will be quoted prior.
  • Negotiation
    Negotiation is one of our key strengths. We will negotiate with the vendor or their agent on your behalf to secure the property for you. We handle private treaty, tender and public auction sales, attending and bidding at auction on your behalf if required.
  • From Exchange to Settlement
    Once a deal is agreed and contracts exchanged, we continue to liaise with solicitors, valuers, the vendor's agent, and other professionals as required.
  • Rental
    Prior to settlement, we can appoint a good local managing agent to take care of the property on your behalf.
